Part of the constant struggle for myself as a working mother with three children is learning how to maintain my own health and well-being, especially as I am not dancing four hours a day anymore. I am sure that many working moms can relate to the harsh reality of placing your own needs last on the priority list. As I enter into my 40's, I'm hoping to invest more time in "me time".
As to when "me time" happens? Well, that is still up for debate. But I hope that you will help me keep it a priority to invest in my own Health and Wellness. Please share any helpful hints that you have.
One of the things that always makes me feel better is getting in touch with nature.
